Selection by Happier & Kinder Earth Foundation Board - Candidates must appear in the Top 5 of both surveys.
Final Interview & Verification
Tie breaker or No common candidate - Board Interview with each candidate to choose a consensus winner. List of structured prompts will be shared in advance.
